We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for defective or damaged items, and also for customer remorse cases.

Restocking Fee

We will not take any restocking fee during the return of the product.

 

Return Process 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@yerime.com. We’ll send you a prepaid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package within 24 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted. 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your returns after we receive your return package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. After processing your return, please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Missing Items

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at contact@yerime.com.  Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof. We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.

 

Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid?

Contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product.
