Handling Time: 

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct variant. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. 

 

Transit Time:

Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number, shipping time is 3 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri).

 

Cut-Off Time: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM CDT (GMT-5) (Dallas, TX). If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, it will be processed on the following business day.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received the item within the time period mentioned above, you have the right to request a new package. You also have the right to ask for a full refund. However, please note that before we issue a refund, we might ask you to contact the local post office and communicate with them.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We accept shipping to P.O. Boxes on small items. However, it's preferable to provide a physical shipping address in order to avoid any issue at delivery.

 

Changing Shipping Address

If you’ve already completed your purchase but need to make a change to your address or shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at contact@yerime.com. If we haven't sent your package yet, we will change the shipping address to the one requested. 

If we already sent your package, we won’t be able to make changes to your order. If possible, try to collect your item from the address used at checkout.

 

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, kindly let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at contact@yerime.com. If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, we will be able to cancel it and issue a refund. If your package is shipped, then it cannot be canceled.

Missing Items

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at contact@yerime.com.  Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof. We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@yerime.com
